This project focuses on the study of making data available for Government to mitigate the Elephant-Human conflict in the North-Central province in Sri Lanka. Cinnamon sponsored satellite radio collars that were successfully placed on elephants have been empowering Sri Lanka’s best-known Elephant scientist Dr.Pruthu Fernando, to collect a wide array of data on their behaviours and territories.
